This is a rare chance to build the growth function from the ground up at a nine-figure DTC brand with extraordinary product-market fit and a passionate built-in audience. The mandate for this role is clear: architect and execute a transition to a diversified, media-driven acquisition model that unlocks new customer growth independent of founder activations. You will be the sole owner of all paid media spend, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing every dollar invested in customer acquisition. You will report directly to Daryl-Ann and work cross-functionally with the creative, product, and operations teams.
