About The Position

BOI is seeking a Head of Growth to build and lead its US growth function and own the go-to-market plan for the Americas. The role spans demand generation, positioning, partnerships, and team leadership. The Head of Growth will set priorities, adapt plans based on pipeline data, and use AI in research, outreach, content, and growth workflows. The position owns the US demand engine, including content and thought leadership, events and communities, relevant outbound outreach, and partner-sourced leads. It involves engaging function leaders with growth mandates at mid-cap companies and business units within large enterprises, converting interest into qualified meetings and opportunities, and improving partner hand-offs and conversion. The role will also shape US positioning and offers, develop the BOI brand globally, and turn client work into case studies and points of view. The Head of Growth will define the Americas partner and vendor ecosystem strategy, establish initial partnerships, and build a partnerships team if warranted. They will lead US go-to-market, coach and direct the team, hire for the needs of the growth engine, and work closely with sales-leading partners on follow-up, feedback, and deal context. The role is US remote with ET hours; hybrid working is available for employees located in NYC.
