We are a small and fast-moving partnerships team that shapes and executes some of OpenAI’s most important external collaborations. Your mission is to lead Growth Partnerships across B2C and B2B at OpenAI. You’ll set global strategy and drive execution across a broad portfolio of partnerships that influence some of the company’s most important growth outcomes. This includes distribution, integrations, strategic co-marketing, and product partnerships that drive measurable growth, engagement, user value, partner value, and conversion. You’ll build and lead the Growth Partnerships function: aligning internal executives and cross-functional leaders, owning senior external relationships, negotiating complex commercial and product terms, and ensuring strong delivery with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. Success in this role means owning important business outcomes by closing high-quality partnerships and turning agreements into reliable launches, strong user experiences, and sustained impact. You’re a high-judgment generalist with deep experience working with product leaders, closing complex deals, building durable relationships, and owning critical metrics. You move fast, can context-switch easily, and can motivate both external executives and internal teams. You set clear priorities, run tight execution, and deliver results.
