About The Position

Chalkboard is building the future of sports gaming, aiming to blur the line between watching and playing by turning real-money sports gaming into a social, immersive experience built for fans who play to win. The company is reimagining how sports fans engage with the games they love. At its core, Chalkboard is a team of sports-obsessed builders who value clarity, fairness, and the thrill of helping fans turn insight into action. The Head of Growth will be responsible for owning and scaling Chalkboard’s full-funnel growth engine by building acquisition, lifecycle, and product-led growth systems that drive engagement, optimize spend, and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product growth within a consumer mobile environment
  • Proven ownership of full-funnel growth (acquisition through monetization)
  • Deep experience with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, GA4), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), CRM platforms, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong foundation in CAC/LTV modeling, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
  • Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, and Data

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Chalkboard’s full-funnel growth engine by building acquisition, lifecycle, and product-led growth systems that drive engagement, optimize spend, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Build and scale full-funnel growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Define KPIs, forecasting models, and growth investment strategies (CAC, LTV, payback)
  • Establish experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize performance
  • Lead lifecycle strategy to improve onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention
  • Own the growth roadmap and align cross-functional initiatives with company goals
  • Scale acquisition across paid media, social, affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels
  • Break down funnels, identify opportunities, and execute high-impact experiments
  • Partner with Product to drive product-led growth and engagement loops
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to align insights and investments
