Head of Growth Marketing

ProductPlanDenver, CO
$120,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

ProductPlan, a leader in product management software since 2013, has acquired Winware.ai and is integrating AI-native product intelligence to help teams decide what to build and how to win. The company is repositioning as the Product Intelligence Platform and launching a new AI product by the end of 2026. Backed by growth-equity investors, ProductPlan aims to double its ARR and is seeking a growth marketer to lead its go-to-market strategy and drive growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a builder, currently a team of one, who will own the demand engine, including strategy, channels, budget, and pipeline. The role reports directly to the CEO, Steven Cohn, a four-time founder with multiple exits, offering a unique learning opportunity in go-to-market strategy from an experienced entrepreneur. The position benefits from a recent AI GTM advisory engagement, providing a foundation of clear segmentation, sharp positioning, a new website, completed demand tests, an AI-informed content program, and a clean CRM. The headline opportunity is to launch a brand-new product into a new category end-to-end and own its demand story. The company believes an exceptional, AI-native operator with a significant budget and a world-class product can outperform a traditional team. This is the first genuinely AI-native growth role at ProductPlan, where the individual will write the playbook, leveraging AI agents as a team and the CEO as a sounding board, setting the standard for modern product company growth.
