About The Position

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth who combines strategic vision with a hands-on execution mindset. This is someone capable of defining the company's long-term growth strategy while also having the technical expertise, agility, and drive to independently execute and operate from day one.

Requirements

  • You understand what it means to join a founding team.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace autonomy, and are motivated by the opportunity to build processes from scratch rather than rely on existing structures.
  • You have hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns, analyzing funnels, optimizing conversion rates (CRO), and writing high-performing marketing copy.
  • You're not an agency manager—you are the person who knows how to execute.
  • You think in terms of CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and growth metrics—not likes, impressions, or vanity metrics.
  • Strong ability to collaborate directly with founders and product teams, translating technical insights into clear and actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build the company's overall marketing and growth strategy from the ground up.
  • Own and lead the end-to-end lead generation and user acquisition strategy.
  • Manage and continuously optimize digital channels, paid media campaigns, organic growth initiatives, content marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, continuously tracking KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape the product roadmap, optimize the customer journey, and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop compelling content and a strategic messaging ecosystem that positions the brand as a trusted authority in the market.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team as the organization scales.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, expansion initiatives, and market opportunities for the business.
