About The Position

Condor Software is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and fuel Condor's growth. This is a high-impact, builder role — you will be Condor's first dedicated growth hire, responsible for creating and executing the company’s growth strategy from the ground up, with an AI-first mentality. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the pipeline journey from lead through early-stage qualified opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to get stuff done. You will build Condor’s growth strategy, establish its Marketing tech stack, and work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, handoff, conversion, and overall funnel efficiency.

Requirements

  • Early to Growth stage startup experience
  • Experience building and refining Marketing tech stacks
  • Executing marketing plans and campaigns with modern tools and AI
  • Can build and manage forecasts and budgets
  • Setting strategy across multiple growth channels
  • Reporting on growth metrics to leadership team
  • Audience-first approach to channel strategy and campaign development

  • Experience with intent data and signal-based campaign triggers
