This role is for the Head of GHR Technology – Vice President within Corporate Functions Technology. The position reports to the Managing Director, Corporate Functions Technology. The role involves defining and executing the GHR Technology strategy, owning the global HR application portfolio, and driving simplification and standardization. It also includes owning the delivery of key transformation initiatives, ensuring the stable and resilient operation of HR applications and integrations, and managing risks, cyber, and compliance across the HR portfolio. The Head of GHR Technology will act as a strategic technology partner to HR leadership, manage a global GHR Technology organization including vendors, and oversee vendor governance, licensing, and financial aspects.
