Head of Distribution

Larson Capital Management LLC•Indianapolis, IN
•Onsite

About The Position

Larson Capital Management LLC sponsors real estate investments for accredited investors, including new development, Opportunity Zone, and stabilized/1031 strategies. Its capital has primarily come through the Larson Financial Group advisor network, and the firm is building a third-party distribution capability to reach independent RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealers. The Head of Distribution is the first hire for this effort. This person will build the channel from the ground up, initially acting as a hands-on leader and seller and eventually leading LCM's sales organization. The position is based in the Houston, TX or St. Louis, MO office and involves regular travel to meet investors, advisors, and platform partners. Success in the first year means establishing the foundation for outside investors, opening initial relationships, and putting the first wholesalers in the field. Over time, success means building an efficiently growing base of approved relationships and repeat investors, with a path to leading the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Recruit, hire, and lead the first wholesalers and internal sales support, and design how the team grows.
