About The Position

Larson Capital Management LLC sponsors real estate investments for accredited investors, including new development, Opportunity Zone, and stabilized/1031 strategies. Historically, its capital has come primarily through the Larson Financial Group advisor network. The firm is building a third-party distribution capability to reach independent RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealers, and the Head of Distribution will be the first hire for that effort. The role will build the distribution channel from the ground up, beginning as a hands-on leader and seller and developing over time into leadership of LCM's sales organization. The position is based in the Houston, Texas, or St. Louis, Missouri, office, with regular travel to meet investors, advisors, and platform partners.

Requirements

  • A record of raising capital in alternative investments, ideally real estate or other private markets, that can be documented with specific investors and amounts.
  • Established relationships with RIAs, family offices, and/or broker-dealers that can be credibly engaged.
  • Experience selling to fiduciary investors who run formal diligence and approval processes.
  • A track record of building a program, channel, or team.

  • A clean regulatory record.

  • Open and grow relationships with RIAs and family offices, develop centers of influence, and establish selling agreements with broker-dealers.
  • Recruit, hire, and lead the first wholesalers and internal sales support, and design how the team grows.
  • Work with Larson Financial Group leadership so the new channel and the existing advisor network complement each other.
  • Track pipeline, approvals, investor retention, and the cost of raising capital, and report results to senior leadership.
