This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting, fast-growing AI team based in the heart of Silicon Valley. We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to scale marketing-sourced pipeline. You’ll set the demand strategy, own the pipeline target, and create the campaigns that bring new customers to Archetype. It’s a hands-on role. You’ll plan programs and build them too, working with a small, capable team and partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Communications. You’ll help shape how a new category finds its buyers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation, including leading demand at a Series A to C company.
• Experience building a repeatable, marketing-sourced pipeline engine from founder-led or early-stage sales.
• Experience planning and running multi-channel programs across ABM, paid, email, events and outbound.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot and modern GTM tools such as Clay and HeyReach.
• Daily use of AI in campaign work, from targeting and personalization to testing and reporting.
• Ability to learn a complex technical product and market it to operators and technical buyers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing, energy or ISV buyers.
• Background in product-led or self-serve motions alongside enterprise sales.
• Experience with hyperscaler or partner co-sell programs, especially AWS.

• Marketing-sourced pipeline that hits quarterly qualified-opportunity targets.
• An evidence-based ICP and tiered target account program that Sales sells against.
• Agent-first and self-serve funnels that turn web visitors and trial users into qualified opportunities.
• Measurable pipeline from every Tier 1 event and key partner, including AWS.
• An AI-native demand stack, plus hiring and leading a growth marketer who runs multi-channel campaigns end to end.
