We are looking for a Head of Creative to lead Faire’s creative team and help take the brand into its next era. This person will be the creative heart of the company: a leader with exceptional taste, strong business judgment, and the ability to build trust across marketing, product, design, growth, sales, and company leadership. You will lead a talented team of designers, writers, producers, and creative operations partners. You will sharpen our messaging, elevate our visual brand, and help the company tell clearer, more compelling stories about the value Faire creates for retailers, brands, and the future of independent retail. This is a high-impact role for a creative leader who can hold a high bar for craft while moving at Faire’s pace.
