Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Creative Studio department, including internal team members and external partners
- Collaborate with company leaders to set the creative strategy and vision for European marketing
- Lead storytelling efforts across creative work
- Set high creative standards and deliver breakthrough work that drives results
- Advocate for brand alignment and creative vision
- Demonstrate the power of creativity to drive business impact
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and key departments
- Determine and manage agency partners
- Oversee efficient and high-quality production of creative executions
- Identify opportunities to scale, optimize resources, and drive performance
- Coach and inspire a team of designers, writers, strategists, filmmakers, and producers
- Develop the scope and scale of the regional creative strategy
- Lead with empathy and inclusivity
- Nurture career development for team members
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of multi-discipline creatives
- Ability to translate business strategy into creative solutions
- Comfortable working closely with dynamic cross-functional teams
- Proactive and insights-driven
- Ability to direct work fueled by insight and learnings
- Experience in concepting, messaging, designing, and overseeing the production of integrated marketing campaigns
