We are hiring a Head of Content Marketing to own and grow Playbook's content function. This is a senior, high-ownership role for an operator who has built content engines before and wants to do it again, with a sharper brand and a bigger upside this time. You will set the strategy, build the team, and ship the work. The first phase is hands-on; we want a leader who can produce at a high level themselves while the function is being built, and who knows how to balance short term priorities with the long term bets. This role works closely with leadership across Growth, Product Marketing, and the Creator Team, and reports to the Head of Growth. We are not looking for a prescriptive role. We are looking for the person who develops the playbook.
