Ladder Health is seeking a high-agency, generalist Head of Marketing to own our growth engine as we scale from a successful seed raise into national expansion. This is a role designed for a leader who thrives on owning the full spectrum from high-level strategy to tactical execution. You will be part of the team building the new standard of pediatric developmental care by supporting our field teams, launching direct-to-family campaigns, and hardening our brand identity. You are a rapid experimenter who doesn't need a roadmap to build one, and you are comfortable managing contractors for specialized tasks while personally owning the core deliverables. You’ll own a wide range of marketing initiatives across brand, growth, and engagement. You’ll partner closely with leadership as well as clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure our message is clear, our programs are effective, and families are finding and engaging with our services.
