About The Position

We're hiring our first generalist marketer to build Nova into a premier brand within the SAP ecosystem. You'll own marketing end to end — narrative, brand, demand, product marketing, web, PR, analyst relations, events, and field marketing — and shape how the world hears about Nova. You'll be writing the launch posts, briefing the analysts, building the website pages, sitting in customer interviews, organizing CIO dinners, and editing the next press release.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with experience as a generalist marketer
  • Experience at an early-stage company
  • Exceptional writer — strong, clear writing is core to this role
  • Experience marketing technical products
  • Comfortable marketing to large enterprises
  • Fluent and comfortable writing about AI, and genuinely excited about it — a lot of Nova's story is centered on AI, and you should be the kind of person who reads AI papers and product launches for fun
  • Bias to action. You ship, learn, iterate.

Responsibilities

  • Own Nova's narrative: how we talk about what we do, why it matters, and why now. Refine our positioning across web, sales, PR, and recruiting.
  • Build the demand engine: events, content, paid, lifecycle, partnerships — figure out what works for selling to CIOs and double down
  • Run product marketing for every launch — feature drops, customer wins, partnership announcements, analyst briefings
  • Own the website end to end — copy, structure, conversion, customer stories, the messaging system that ties it all together
  • Drive customer marketing — turn our existing enterprise customers into reference assets, case studies, and joint press
  • Own field marketing and events — CIO dinners, executive roundtables, industry conferences, and partner-led activations across the US and Europe
  • Manage external partners — PR firms, design agencies, analysts
