About The Position

DriveWealth is on a mission to make investing easier, believing everyone should control their financial future without limitations of geography, wealth, or legacy systems. It is a global B2B financial technology organization dedicated to democratizing access to financial independence worldwide through an API-based platform. This platform empowers partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences for US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options to clients globally via mobile devices, utilizing modern toolkits for traditional workflows and innovative techniques like fractional share ownership. The company's culture combines the pace and agility of a fintech start-up with the impact, stability, and discipline of Wall Street, encouraging creativity and experimentation while ensuring institutional-grade execution and regulatory compliance. DriveWealth is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the company's full external presence and growth marketing function. As the company scales globally and expands its platform across asset classes and geographies, and with accelerating market conversation around embedded investing infrastructure, this role is critical. The ideal candidate thinks in platforms and products, capable of building a marketing engine that drives partner acquisition, deepens brand authority, and positions DriveWealth as the category-defining infrastructure layer in global fintech. This position encompasses product marketing, growth strategy, and brand, requiring a data-informed approach to go-to-market planning, digital channel optimization, earned media, and executive visibility. The Head of Marketing will lead a small team, manage agency and vendor relationships, and act as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO and executive leadership. The role requires experience in building marketing programs at global platform scale, understanding financial products, and translating complex technical infrastructure into compelling narratives for partners, press, and markets. This position is based in DriveWealth’s headquarters in New York City, NY.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high editorial standards and an instinct for the right narrative at the right moment
  • A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness; you close loops, you follow through, and you hold your team to the same standard
  • A team-first orientation; you elevate the people around you and believe the best outcomes are built collectively
