About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to take full ownership of building and scaling the marketing function. This role sits at the core of growth, driving pipeline generation, shaping brand positioning, and equipping the sales team to close effectively. This is a true builder-operator role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across channels, systems, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience owning demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong writing and content development capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor while building systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or marketing to construction, trades, or similar industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation across inbound channels including SEO, paid media, email, and content
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging tailored to general contractors
  • Build a content ecosystem including case studies, thought leadership, and educational materials
  • Own product marketing including messaging, positioning, and competitive insights
  • Partner with sales and RevOps to ensure lead quality and feedback loops
  • Identify and execute on events, partnerships, and industry channels
  • Build reporting systems to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Implement tools, automations, and workflows to scale marketing output
