About the Role: We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own the full marketing strategy and drive pipeline + revenue growth. This person will lead SMB demand generation across paid channels, lifecycle/email, content, webinars, and outbound support, while continuously improving conversion throughout the funnel. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product on positioning, messaging, and ICP, run fast experiments, and track performance metrics like CAC, payback, and conversion rates. This is a hands-on role in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
