The Head of Consumer Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and demand generation for the weBoost brand. This leader owns brand strategy, brand health, public relations, paid and earned media, content and SEO strategy, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market planning for new product launches. The role is focused on building brand awareness, increasing market share, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced, data-driven consumer electronics environment. This position also leads the development of weBoost's in-house social media and influencer marketing capabilities while partnering closely with the Digital Sales team to optimize traffic growth, SEO performance, customer acquisition, and return on marketing investment. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision with a willingness to execute, collaborate across functions, and leverage innovative marketing approaches to strengthen brand presence, drive consumer demand, and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 5- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, DTC, or omnichannel environments.
  • Experience leading a national consumer brand in a DTC environment, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market positioning.
  • Proven success leading brand strategy, product launches, and demand-generation initiatives that drive awareness and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, influencers, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience managing agency-led performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of paid, earned, owned, and social media channels, including PR, content marketing, and influencer programs.
  • Data-driven marketer with experience measuring brand health, traffic, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work on-site in St. George, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy, messaging, and brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand health, market trends, competitor activity, and share of voice.
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Manage PR, earned media, and agency partnerships to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Lead content, SEO, and demand-generation strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and oversee organic social and influencer marketing programs.
