AlediumHR has been retained by an innovative, rapidly growing private investment firm and healthcare accelerator currently operating four clinic locations across California to identify its new Head of Clinical Operations. This is a new role reporting directly to the owners. Could grow into COO. Preferred: Midwest-based candidates are preferred for travel convenience, although exceptional candidates from anywhere in the United States will be considered. Position Summary The Head of Clinical Operations will oversee all operational aspects of four California clinics while partnering closely with the organization's Medical Directors and ownership team. This executive will establish operational consistency across all locations, improve financial and operational performance, strengthen compliance programs, and develop the infrastructure necessary to support future expansion. The successful candidate will possess exceptional business judgment, strong financial acumen, outstanding analytical capabilities, and the leadership skills necessary to build high-performing teams.
