About The Position

The Head of Customer Engagement (CE) Enterprise Operations leads the operating system that enables CE to focus resources on its highest-priority initiatives, launches, Role-Based Orchestration (RBO) work, and field-sponsored commitments. The role oversees the Enterprise Operations organization and is accountable for intake, prioritization, sequencing, governance, launch readiness, initiative delivery, and executive visibility across the CE enterprise portfolio. It connects CE Leadership, field leaders, HEDs, enterprise partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure work has clear ownership, disciplined execution, transparent progress, and measurable outcomes. The leader manages and develops the Launch Operations Manager, Portfolio Operations Manager, Enterprise Initiatives Manager, and Enterprise Operations Leads; establishes organization-wide roles, decision rights, standards, and ways of working; and builds the talent and capabilities needed to deliver complex enterprise work consistently. The role owns the CE enterprise portfolio and its intake, prioritization, sequencing, capacity, dependencies, and tradeoffs, and provides recommendations to CE Leadership on portfolio choices and resource allocation. The position sets common standards for launch readiness, initiative governance, milestone management, outcome measurement, and escalation. It oversees launch planning and readiness, integrates RBO and field-sponsored work into portfolio planning and delivery, and ensures initiatives have clear sponsors, owners, milestones, measures, and decision paths. It also provides CE Leadership with consolidated portfolio visibility, owns governance and decision cadence—including materials for CELT decisions and escalations—and continually improves the Enterprise Operations model.
