About The Position

As Head of Operations, you own the operational engine that delivers MiraMace’s care, including patient enrollment and onboarding, hiring, training and staffing Care Advocates, clinician credentialing, and converting care into revenue. The role is focused on turning work that currently depends on heroic individual effort into systems that make results predictable. You will work with the COO to scale patient enrollment and the provider and Care Advocate teams while maintaining quality. You will partner with engineering to ensure internal systems meet a high standard of rigor, collaborate with compliance and credentialing and enrollment teams to prepare providers to see patients and meet CMS requirements, and build documented, measured, repeatable processes. You will also plan staffing capacity ahead of demand, identify and resolve key operational bottlenecks, and build and lead the operations team as Mira scales. The role offers significant autonomy and requires ownership of results.
