About The Position

The Head of Business Operations & Strategy is an executive leadership role responsible for helping shape and execute Arden Trust’s strategic vision while ensuring the organization operates efficiently, effectively, and at scale. Reporting directly to the President, this individual serves as a trusted advisor and execution partner across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, consulting, transformation, or financial services.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives and improving operational performance.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Arden’s strategic plan, lead business planning, and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and executive analyses.
• Provide oversight of onboarding, client servicing operations, training, documentation standards, process governance, and vendor-supported operations.
• Drive workflow optimization and establish operating standards, training programs, and vendor governance.
• Improve execution, service quality, organizational effectiveness, and operating model performance.
• Partner on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
