• Utilize data-driven insights to assess business performance and make informed decisions.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress towards goals and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
• Leverage market insights to inform strategic planning and positioning in the competitive landscape.
• Lead change initiatives and organizational transformation efforts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the company.
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence and capabilities.
• Participate in due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes as necessary.
• Foster strong working relationships with various teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and human resources.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Present business updates, strategic plans, and performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors.
• Deliver clear and concise communication to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting
• Prior experience working with a top-tier consulting firm is strongly preferred
• In-house experience within a high-growth tech company or a fast-paced, innovative environment is highly desirable
• Proven track record of leading strategic planning initiatives and driving operational excellence
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-influencing skills
