The Head of Account Management - West/Mid-West Region will be responsible for fueling commercial growth and boosting customer satisfaction across an established account base. This role manages a team responsible for various customer types, including large and strategic accounts. The position involves the continued development and support of the team, creating senior, strategic relationships within the region to enhance client satisfaction and overall partnership. The Head of Account Management will support ICIS’ strategic priorities by working alongside global cross-functional teams such as Business Solution, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Consulting, and Content.
