About The Position

The Head of Account Management – EMEA/APAC is a client-facing commercial leader, not a back-office manager. The role spends significant time with customers - on client calls, executive reviews and on-site meetings across the region - and uses that first-hand insights to set retention and growth strategy for a distributed team of Account Managers, combining deep customer intimacy with a strategic operating mindset across culturally diverse, multi-jurisdictional markets.

  • Track record of successful client-facing role with executive-level relationship experience
  • An interest in Private Markets and enthusiasm to learn more about the industry
  • Proficiency in account planning, forecasting and retention strategy development
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for retention metrics, NRR and churn analysis
  • Financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales operations (Dynamics 365 preferred)

  • Strategic thinker: ability to balance long-term market strategy with day-to-day operational excellence
  • Executive presence: confidence and polish in client-facing and internal executive interactions
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability: demonstrated success developing and retaining high-performing teams

  • Set a multi-year regional account strategy adapted to local market dynamics, client maturity and competitive context
  • Use satisfaction signals and early-warning indicators from Client Engagement, intervening personally on at-risk accounts
  • Lead a geographically distributed team of Account Managers across multiple languages and jurisdictions

  • Implement consistent frameworks for account planning, renewal forecasting, stakeholder engagement and value delivery
  • Own talent development, performance feedback and succession across the regional team
  • Allocate coverage strategically across pods, tiers and markets as the portfolio evolves
