About The Position

The HCM Data Specialist is an intermediate-level role that manages transactions, audits, and integrations while supporting cyclical HR processes. The position processes employee corrections and position data changes, monitors integrations and the transaction console, conducts scheduled audits, documents findings, supports HR process and testing cycles, and participates in cross-functional projects. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HRIS or HR data operations experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of position management.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• An associate’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of Oracle Cloud HCM or Position Management experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.

Responsibilities
