About The Position
The Intermediate Data Specialist manages transactions, audits, and integrations while supporting cyclical processes. The role processes employee corrections and position data changes, monitors integrations and the transaction console, executes scheduled audits and documents findings, supports cyclical HR processes and testing cycles, and participates in cross-functional projects. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of HRIS or HR data operations experience.
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of position management.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of Oracle Cloud HCM or Position Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
