About The Position

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to deliver auto parts for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Drivers follow consistent overnight routes and return home daily, earning an average annual income of $80,000. Pay is activity-based at $0.634 per mile plus $25 per stop, with weekly pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus; the first bonus payment is made after 30 days.

Drivers work five days per week with two consecutive days off, on either a Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedule. Dispatch is between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., and the position averages 40–60 hours per week. Routes include dedicated deliveries to the Madison and Green Bay areas, with a combination of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs.

Drivers use new automatic Freightliner daycabs and dry van trailers to deliver auto parts. Freight is unloaded at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
