About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Haul Truck Driver based out of Rosser, Texas. As a Mobile Equipment Operator, this role operates heavy equipment and works with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining environment. The position includes operating equipment in a quarry, completing inspections, communicating with plant employees and operators, and helping maintain a safe and clear work environment.

Work takes place in varied outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty weather. Most equipment has air conditioning, but other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Positive, team-based attitude.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments, including cold, hot, dry, dusty, and rainy conditions.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• Safely operate a haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, or rubber tire backhoe.
• Operate equipment in the quarry.
• Comply with industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance.
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.
• Clean equipment and clear obstacles in the work environment.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
