About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Haul Truck Driver based in Buckeye, Arizona. The role operates heavy equipment and works with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining environment. Duties include operating equipment in a quarry or production setting and maintaining equipment and workplace safety. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Work is primarily outdoors and may involve heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty conditions. Although most equipment has air conditioning, other responsibilities may require working in all weather conditions. The role requires regular attendance and the ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet.

Requirements

Positive, team-based attitude.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
Ability to work in varied outdoor conditions, including cold, hot, dry, dusty, and rainy environments.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
Safely operate a haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, or rubber tire backhoe.
Operate equipment in a quarry or production setting.
Comply with industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance.
Maintain strong communication with other plant employees and operators.
Clean equipment and clear obstacles in the work environment.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
