About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Haul Truck Driver based in Buckeye, Arizona. The role operates heavy equipment and works with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining environment. While most equipment has air conditioning, some responsibilities may involve working outdoors in heat, cold, wet, dry, or dusty conditions. Employees may also be assigned other duties or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Positive, team-based attitude.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments, including cold, hot, dry, dusty, and rainy conditions.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• Safely operate a haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, or rubber tire backhoe.
• Operate equipment in quarry or production areas.
• Comply with industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance.
• Communicate with other plant employees and equipment operators.
• Clean equipment and clear obstacles in the work environment.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
