About The Position

The Harvest Technician executes harvest and bucking processes, assists with deleafing plants, and cleans flower rooms after harvest in preparation for replanting. The role ensures compliance with company procedures and product specifications while maintaining clean, sanitary work areas and quality standards. Technicians work toward daily and weekly goals, follow SOPs and KPI metrics to maintain timely material flow for the processing team, and conduct periodic quality checks of work-in-progress material. The position is performed at a fast-paced cannabis grow location and requires teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication within and across teams.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance or 100 pounds with assistance.
Able to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending or crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Able to stand for extended periods while maintaining focus.
Able to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.

Responsibilities

Execute bucking and harvesting processes.
Assist in deleafing plants.
