About The Position

TerrAscend is hiring a full-time Post Harvest Technician to prepare medical cannabis products for distribution in its Trimming and Packaging Departments. The role is based on-site at the company’s Waterfall, Pennsylvania facility. The technician trims and manicures cannabis, creates and packages flower and pre-roll products, supports harvest and curing, records inventory data, and maintains a clean, organized workspace while following company and state requirements.

Requirements

• Stay current with and adhere to all company and state policy regulations.
• Meet state age requirements.
• Demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.
• Have basic knowledge of and familiarity with cannabis.
• Be familiar with production and warehouse procedures.
• Have excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely trim and hand-manicure medical cannabis.
• Create and package medical cannabis flower and pre-roll products.
• Work efficiently and consistently strive to increase productivity.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the trimming and packaging room while performing other duties.
• Comply daily with company policies and procedures, including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
• Label products and record inventory data.
• Assist with the harvest and curing process of medical cannabis.
• Perform other related work as required.
