About The Position

Celestica is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across engineering, operations, and customer delivery. The role creates an integrated plan, establishes the program’s operating rhythm, and keeps the team focused on the decisions and evidence needed to deliver a high-quality hardware solution on time and at the expected cost. The position leads programs from concept through launch and aligns scope, schedule, cost, quality, features, fulfillment, and customer-specific requirements. It brings together engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams, and establishes clear accountability. The manager develops and maintains the integrated program plan, tracks execution against the baseline, manages risks and changes, communicates status and customer impact, and improves program-management practices and governance. This is a remote position with travel as necessary. Candidates near Celestica’s US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, or California, or near major airports in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or Pacific Coast, may be considered. Duties are performed in a normal office environment and may involve extended sitting, sustained visual concentration, and frequent repetitive computer or data-entry movements.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional hardware or systems programs with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
  • Working knowledge of server, accelerated-compute, AI, or other technically complex products, with the ability to engage credibly with design and systems engineers.
  • Strong command of scope, schedule, resource planning, budget and forecast management, risk mitigation, change control, and program governance.
  • Ability to align teams without direct authority, resolve conflicts, make decisions visible, and escalate issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication with engineers, operations teams, customers, and leadership.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where requirements, technology, and priorities evolve.
  • 8 or more years of relevant experience in technical program management, hardware engineering, systems engineering, operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
