This role involves providing desktop support, including installing and configuring computer and phone equipment, managing video conferencing, and performing diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and ongoing support for both hardware and software in a Windows 11 environment. The technician will also assist with administrative tasks such as physical inventory of hardware and software license compliance. As the evening HelpDesk Technician, the role involves handling firmwide HelpDesk tickets from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm PST, then exclusively from 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm PST, and participating in an on-call rotation.
