This is a hands-on deskside support role. When a ticket can't be resolved over the phone or remotely, helpdesk agents send tickets to desktop/hardware support. This individual will sit onsite and will be assisting in an office of a manufacturing environment fixing equipment ranging from mostly zebra printers, dell desktops, deploying new hire equipment, and setting up workstations. This individual will likely be moving a bunch of cannon printers around, deploying and setting up. Occasional phone coverage: Once every 6 months, deskside support will jump on the phones for an hour to have coverage during helpdesk team meetings.
