This is a hands-on deskside support role. When a ticket can't be resolved over the phone or remotely, helpdesk agents send tickets to desktop/hardware support. This individual will sit onsite, and will be assisting in the office fixing equipment ranging from mostly printers, desktops, deploying new hire equipment, and setting up workstations.
