About The Position

OPSWAT seeks a dedicated and experienced Hardware Fulfillment Technician to oversee the imaging, testing, and shipment of hardware for customer orders worldwide. The role calls for broad hardware expertise spanning servers, desktops, and IoT devices, as well as an understanding of how hardware components integrate into systems. The technician will identify bottlenecks and performance issues, recommend process improvements, and help improve imaging processes and fulfillment strategies. This is an in-office position based in OPSWAT's Ybor City warehouse. The technician will work with a team to prepare customer hardware orders, conduct quality testing, troubleshoot software issues, coordinate shipment preparation, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate across departments to support timely and accurate fulfillment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of individual hardware components.
Understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with inventory management and tracking software.

Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware.

Responsibilities

Image OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
Perform quality assurance and quality control testing to ensure hardware meets OPSWAT standards.
Create and help troubleshoot software issues discovered during the fulfillment process.
Oversee packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
Update internal technical knowledge and help maintain a design library.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements.
Ensure fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
Promptly resolve hardware fulfillment issues.
