About The Position

OPSWAT seeks a dedicated, experienced Hardware Fulfillment Technician to oversee imaging, testing, and shipment of hardware for customer orders worldwide. The role involves working with a range of hardware, from servers and desktops to IoT devices, and understanding how components integrate into systems. The technician will identify bottlenecks and performance issues, recommend process improvements, and improve imaging processes and fulfillment strategies. This is an in-office position based in OPSWAT’s Ybor City warehouse.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of individual hardware components.
Understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with inventory management and tracking software.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware.

Responsibilities

Image OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures as part of a team.
Perform quality assurance and quality control testing to ensure hardware meets OPSWAT standards.
Create and help troubleshoot software issues discovered during fulfillment.
Oversee packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
Update internal technical knowledge and help maintain a design library.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements.
Document fulfillment activities accurately.
Promptly resolve hardware fulfillment issues.
Identify hardware bottlenecks and performance issues and recommend improvements to processes.
