About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing for experienced handymen to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, installation and light construction tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained, functional and meet client expectations. Stellar handles finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle completing the job and providing a great experience for the resident.
Requirements
- Able to provide your own vehicle and tools
- Able to pass background check
- Valid drivers license & auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues
- Repairing or replacing doors, windows, trim, and furniture; installing shelves and cabinets
- Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues with appliances like refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers
