Variable compensation is paid quarterly, with a guaranteed payout during the first full quarter while ramping. The role also offers equity, mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, a 401(k), paid holidays, and flexible PTO. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
