Physician Liaison - Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Clarity Pediatrics•Dallas, TX
•$112,000 - $128,000•Onsite

About The Position

Clarity Pediatrics is hiring a Physician Liaison to build and grow its referral network among pediatric practices in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role focuses on introducing Clarity’s virtual pediatric ADHD clinic and related care to physicians and practice staff, earning their trust, and converting relationships into patient referrals. The position is primarily field-based, with four to five days per week spent visiting clinics and meeting with practices. The Physician Liaison will manage a territory and target list, prospect practices, deliver in-services, arrange physician-led clinical presentations, and develop relationships with physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and referral coordinators. The role also involves maintaining complete, accurate, same-day CRM records and regularly sharing market feedback with the team. Clarity provides an existing playbook, while expecting the liaison to adapt it based on learning from the Texas market. The position reports to the Head of GTM initially and to the Growth General Manager once that role is in place. It is a full-time W-2 role based in Dallas–Fort Worth, with one to three annual trips to the San Francisco Bay Area for onboarding and team on-sites. Total on-target earnings are $112,000–$128,000, comprising a $70,000–$80,000 base salary and $42,000–$48,000 in uncapped variable compensation tied to territory referral growth. A guaranteed variable payout is provided during the first full quarter while ramping.
