Requirements

Paid hands-on experience required
Minimum of 4 years construction experience, ideally trade-specific
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass Background Check
Comfortable handling multiple service calls per day
Skilled at explaining repair needs and building trust with customers
Able to identify upsell opportunities ethically and confidently

Nice To Haves

Experienced in residential maintenance, handyman work, general contracting, inspections, or a related trade

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled handyman repairs and preventive home maintenance services
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, drywall repair, fixture install, small painting, gutter, dryer vent, pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning work
Troubleshoot common residential issues safely and independently
Identify safety, code, or maintenance concerns during service visits
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Explain findings, recommend solutions, and offer bundled service options
