About The Position

GDI is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with general maintenance and repairs at a mall. The role supports mall operations by maintaining equipment, building areas, and the property’s cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the mall.
• Routinely inspect and test equipment and machinery to ensure they meet standards.
• Perform routine maintenance around the building.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations.
