About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Service Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in home repairs, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, finishing work, or general maintenance who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. While prior remodeling experience is a plus, we provide training on our products, processes, and installation techniques. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, service technician, plumber, carpenter, or related trade
• Basic plumbing and finishing skills preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently

• Prior remodeling experience

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service and repair work
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues
• Complete minor plumbing, finishing, drywall, caulking, and carpentry repairs
• Conduct product adjustments and warranty service work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Accurately document completed work and service visits
