About The Position

TRIA is seeking a Hand Therapist to join its Hand Therapy team. The role provides direct, patient-focused, evidence-based hand therapy across multiple outpatient rehabilitation sites, following state licensure and clinical guidelines. It supports staffing continuity by covering extended leaves of absence and planned or unplanned PTO. The therapist has a primary geographic region and will predominantly work at sites within that region; assignments may occasionally extend to an adjacent region, while system-wide deployment is uncommon and would occur only in exceptional circumstances. Advance notice will be provided whenever operationally feasible. This is a part-time float position scheduled three days per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. The therapist floats among three locations—St. Paul, Woodbury, and Stillwater—with locations determined in advance.
