About The Position

The Hallmark Merchandiser works independently in assigned retail stores to present Hallmark products, maintain inventory, and build relationships with store teams. The role involves servicing Hallmark departments in grocery, drug, department, and mass retail stores, and may occasionally include work with other companies’ products in serviced stores. Merchandisers use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for daily work and communications, including reporting time, providing feedback, and completing surveys. The position also supports seasonal resets, installations, and other team members when needed. This is a part-time role with a variable workweek schedule averaging 10–25 hours per week. The starting pay rate is $12.00–$14.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training includes live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part-time employees with schedules under 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage for preventive care. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. The work takes place on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and is physically demanding. It requires frequent movement and handling of merchandise and fixtures.
