About The Position

Requirements

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, potentially including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule store sets with store owners or managers.
• Check customer pricing to ensure it is correct and competitive.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
• Monitor stock and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs.
• Maintain store shelves, inventory, and product spaces; organize using promotional materials.
• Build constructive customer expectations and support company objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan products and stock.
